Our trip to Las Vegas was a bit ruined at the end by the shuttle service. We were sitting at our pickup location at the MGM Grand along with another person who booked Showtime Tours and the bus came an hour late and then DROVE RIGHT BY. We called and they said it would take another hour, which would have made us late for our flight. If you want a glimpse of how great their service is, please try calling them at 702.261.6100 and see how long they put you on hold. If you book with United Vacations make sure they know you don't want shuttle service from Showtime Tours. They suck
